The LangAGI lab consists of several research groups, each advancing AI techniques from distinct yet complementary angles. The Agent Group leads cutting-edge research in Digital and Embodied Agents, developing intelligent systems that seamlessly integrate into both digital and physical environments, fundamentally transforming how humans work and interact with technology. Our mission is to automate routine tasks through advanced agent technologies, enabling humans to focus on higher-value activities like creative thinking, strategic decision-making, and innovation. We are creating a future where intelligent assistance maximizes human potential, establishing a new paradigm where humans and AI work in perfect synergy to drive progress and innovation. The Dialogue and Language Group is dedicated to developing AI systems that understand individual needs and empower people through meaningful, long-term interactions. To push the boundaries of human-AI communication, our research focuses on creating agents capable of engaging effectively across diverse domains, including persuasive communication and personalized dialogue. The AI for Science & Social Good group draws inspiration from challenges in diverse scientific and societal domains--such as healthcare, law, fairness, etc.--to drive the development of cutting-edge language techniques that yield a positive impact on our lives. We are particularly interested in (but not limited to) large language models (LLMs) and large vision-language models (LVLMs).
