연구실 소개

이 연구실은 Buckingham π 불변량을 활용한 PDE 대리모델의 강건성 향상, 문맥 정보를 이용한 Neural ODE의 대칭성 분석, 구조를 보존하는 표현 학습을 연구합니다. 또한 HZO 기반 고유전율 유전체를 이용해 In2O3 전계효과 트랜지스터의 이동도를 높이는 방법을 다룹니다.

We combine atomic-scale physics, multiscale simulation, and device engineering with physics-grounded AI to understand and design emerging semiconductor materials and devices. Led by Prof.Changwook Jeong (정창욱) at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), Ulsan, Republic of Korea. We connect semiconductor materials and interfaces, carrier transport, device reliability, emerging memory and computing devices, and physics-grounded AI. We connect microscopic defects and coupled ionic–electronic dynamics to variability, degradation, and long-term device behavior.
