Future Computing Lab

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU), where I lead the Future Computing Lab (FCLab). My research lies at the intersection of AI Agents, Frontier Interfaces, and human-computer interaction. I am interested in computer-use agents that can understand and operate software interfaces, and in AI-native interfaces that move beyond today's app-centric interaction models. More broadly, I explore how intelligent systems can reshape the relationship between people, software, and the devices around them. Ultimately, I design a new computing paradigm in which AI is not merely added to existing software, but becomes a natural and trustworthy part of how computing systems are designed and experienced. Led the development of next-generation mobile operating systems and services. Managed partnerships, patents, and product development, resulting in awards like the CES 2023 Innovation Award. Thesis: Towards Ubiquitous and Intelligent Mobile Computing: From UI Distribution to AI agent. Fluiz won the Minister’s Award at the 24th Mobile Technology Festival hosted by Korea Economic Daily. Fluiz won the CES 2023 Innovation Award for its multi-device mobile operating system. Fluiz won the Minister’s Award at the 22nd Mobile Technology Festival hosted by Korea Economic Daily.
