우리는 인간 체세포 (somatic cell)을 리프로그래밍하여 줄기세포를 만들고, 줄기세포의 분화를 정밀하게 제어하여, 신경퇴행성 질환과 세포 노화의 기전을 규명하고 차세대 세포 치료제를 개발합니다. We reprogram human somatic cells into stem cells, then precisely control their differentiation to dissect the mechanisms of neurodegenerative disease and cellular aging, and to develop next-generation cell therapeutics.
