Advanced Integrated Systems Lab. In the Department of Electrical Engineering at Korea University is interested in the areas of cutting edge mixed-mode IC design, next generation VLSI design, energy efficient system design, and unconventional computing. We are designing a next generation Computing Hardware in order to effectively solve NP-hard problems which are difficult to solve with conventional computing methods. We are designing a High-Speed/High-Bandwidth Wireline Transceiver that provides solutions to problems in Wireline Communications (Memory Interfaces, Serdes) by restoring data to its correct form when transmitting and receiving. We are designing a High Efficiency Power Management IC, which includes Battery Management System(BMS) for Next Generation xEV and Integrated PMIC for Power Management in High-Performance Processor. In the Department of Electronics Engineering at Korea University is interested in the areas of Clock Generator (PLL, DLL, SSCG), Wireline Transceiver (SERDES, Display, Memory, Optical), Power Management (Energy Harvesting, DC-DC), ADC (Sensor ROIC, Nyquist ADC), Probabilistic Computing, and Security (PUF, TRNG).
