 2009 - 2013       Postdoctoral Researcher, Dept. of Bioengineering, University of California, San Diego, CA USA. We are particularly interested in interpretable AI models that can provide mechanistic insights into biological systems, enabling rational drug design and biomarker discovery. Our research bridges computational biology, cheminformatics, and artificial intelligence to accelerate the development of safer and more effective therapeutics.
