One of our goal is to break the limit imposed on the contemporary devices. We pursue new concepts for the next generation high speed/THz devices adopting emerging new materials. Some of the proposed device concepts have been proved experimentally by other groups, and wild new ideas are growing to hatch out continuously. Developing and delivering novel concepts for a future electronic system is our goal. As such, exploring physical phenomena in various material systems and excogitating a new method of utilizing them is our primary research theme.
