이 연구실은 누설 전류가 없고 서브스레숄드 스윙이 매우 낮으며 가혹한 환경에서도 특성이 유지되는 MEMS 스위치를 개발합니다. 나노 체와 나노 광학 부품 등 동적 나노소자도 연구합니다.

We focus on developing world-class MEMS switches with ideal switching characteristics such as zero leakage current, ultra-low sub-threshold swing, and insensitivity under harsh environments. We strive to develop other dynamic nano-devices such as nano-sieves and nano-optical components.
