이 연구실은 반도체 재료와 나노전자소자, 박막 공정을 연구합니다. 구체적으로 MoS₂ 트랜지스터의 스위칭과 전도 특성, 2차원 주석 셀레나이드 및 Te 박막의 합성·제조, 반데르발스 트랜지스터의 시냅스 동작을 다룹니다.

The Joonki Suh Group started in July of 2019, and now it has a span of ~20 graduate student researchers. Our goal is to train the next generation of scientists or engineers to tackle technological challenges in our society through different domains.
