이 연구실은 페로브스카이트 태양전지와 유연·탠덤 태양전지에 활용되는 페로브스카이트 소재(단결정, 나노입자, 하이브리드) 및 광전자소자용 유기 고분자 소재를 연구합니다. 에너지 변환용 반도체 소재의 광전자 특성을 이해하고, 이를 바탕으로 태양광 발전 소자와 광전자소자를 제작합니다.

Lead halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted wide attention as next-generation solar cells. The power conversion efficiency(PCE) of the PSCs has rapidly increased reaching 25% in a short period. Our lab aims at exploring semiconducting materials for energy conversion, understanding of their optoelectronic properties and fabricating photovoltaic devices and optoelectronic devices.
